Welcome to Summer Clay Camp! Location: Ligsalzstraße 3 The camp includes: – 3 ceramics classes (1 hand-building session + 2 pottery wheel sessions) – 1 glazing session and a final meetup – Access to our clay co-working studio – Full-time online support from our friendly studio team All materials are included. The studio is yours to explore, experiment, and connect with others in the clay community. How it works: By booking the first class, you’re signing up for the full Summer Clay Camp. Once you’ve booked it, you’ll unlock access to the rest of the sessions — free of charge, as they are all included in the camp. Booking link for your next sessions will be sent to you a FEW DAYS after your purchase or a WEEK before the start. Camp Schedule First Session: Hand-Building + Introduction Choose one: • 3 July, 17:00–21:00 • 4 July, 10:00–14:00 In this first session, you’ll be introduced to hand-building with clay — a fun and creative way to shape and build by hand, no wheel needed. We’ll show you the basic tools and techniques, and you’ll create a few simple pieces of your own. You’ll also get a tour of the studio, learn how everything works, and get to know your teachers and fellow campers. Next Clay Camp Sessions Pottery Wheel 1 + Introduction Choose one: • 4 July, 16:00–20:00 • 5 July, 16:00–20:00 • 6 July, 18:00–22:00 Pottery Wheel 2 Choose one: • 8 July, 18:00–21:00 • 9 July, 18:00–21:00 • 12 July, 16:00–19:00 Glazing Session Choose one: • 25 July, 11:00–15:00 • 26 July, 16:00–20:00 Final Meetup • 31 July, 17:00–20:00 Our Summer Clay Camp includes access to a co-working space at Ligsalzstraße 3, where you can work on your own projects in a relaxed and inspiring studio environment. From July 8–22, the co-working space is open for you to create freely and work on your own pieces. Please note that the studio will be closed on July 13 and July 20, as Mondays are reserved for technical work. After July 22, no new pieces can be started. However, you are very welcome to return and glaze your finished works until August 2. Pieces made in classes are fired for free. For co-working, it costs €10/kg for bisque firing and €12/kg for glaze firing. This camp is all about enjoying clay, learning new skills, and having fun in a friendly studio space.
