Cancellation Policy for Private Ceramic Events
Plans change — we get it! You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your event up to 14 days in advance.
For cancellations made after this period, a 50% cancellation fee may apply, as we’ve already started preparing for your special day.

Extra Participants
Want to bring a few more friends along? Just let us know ahead of time — we’ll check if there’s space and let you know if any additional fee applies.

Unable to Attend
If someone from your private group can’t make it, we’re really sorry, but we’re unable to offer a refund for their spot.

Glazing Session
If your class includes a glazing session, you can book it through our website. Each participant can register individually for a time that suits them.
Prefer to glaze as a group? Let us know! If possible, we’ll happily arrange a private glazing session just for your crew.

How to Prepare for the Class
We recommend wearing something comfy that you don’t mind getting a little clay on. Don’t worry — aprons and all materials will be provided!

Please Note
Working with clay is a beautiful handmade process, and while issues are rare, small surprises can sometimes happen during firing. If anything goes wrong with your piece, we promise to find a way to fix or remake it together.
